Michele and Beija, a dynamic horse and rider pair that blew me away!

Beija stepped out of her stall and my jaw dropped.  What a gorgeous mare!  She was built solid, and so tall!  She was a princess, with her lady in waiting, and she didn’t disappoint!  Equine photography is exciting, because each and every shoot is different, each team has a different relationship, and it was clear that Beija and Michele were an exceptional team.  Beija didn’t much like her face touched, so we tried the entire session for a cute nose kiss picture.  We were lucky at the very end when Beija was distracted looking off at something in the distance, and I was able to get the shot!  She loved to stand with her head high looking far away.
